Suspicious circumstances

We have received reports of individuals in the area conducting door-to-door sales, offering power washing services for driveways and roofs—often at high prices.

While door-to-door sales are not illegal, concerns have been raised about the sales tactics being used. Additionally, the vehicles associated with these individuals were reportedly unmarked, with no business logos or identification. Most legitimate businesses clearly advertise themselves on their vehicles, so the lack of branding should be treated as a potential red flag.

Residents are reminded that they are under no obligation to purchase any goods or services. If you feel pressured, intimidated, or uncomfortable during any sales interaction, please do not hesitate to contact the police.
